This policy describes how this website and the connected Hermes / Lot W tools handle information. It is written for visitors and for TikTok Login Kit / Content Posting API review.
seatbeltclub.com is the public website for the Seatbelt Club music project. It publishes track listings, links to stores, and legal pages. A private dashboard (not this public site) may display social and music stats for the operators.
From ordinary visitors we collect only standard server logs (IP address, user agent, path, time) for security and uptime. We do not run advertising cookies or sell data.
If you connect a TikTok account via Login Kit, TikTok may share, with your consent: display name, avatar, open_id, follower / like / video counts, and public video metrics (views, likes, comments, shares). We request only the scopes needed to show those stats to the account operators.
If Content Posting API is enabled, we may receive confirmation that a post was created or failed, including identifiers TikTok returns for that post. We do not collect TikTok passwords.
TikTok data is used only to operate Seatbelt Club’s own analytics dashboard and posting tools. We do not sell it, do not use it for ads, and do not share it except as required by law or to TikTok as part of their API.
Tokens and stats are stored on servers we control. Access tokens are kept only as long as the TikTok connection is active. You can disconnect TikTok in the TikTok app; we will then stop pulling data. Logs are rotated.
TikTok may send event callbacks to https://seatbeltclub.com/tiktok/webhook. Those payloads are processed to update stats or posting status and are not displayed publicly.

This site is not directed at children under 13.
